"I don’t mind the scent that I purchased, however, I wish there was a way to decrease the strength. I can only have it plugged in for 30 minutes at a time otherwise the whole house gets filled with overpowering scent. If there was an on/off switch, that would be very helpful instead of having to unplug the whole device and somehow keep it upright, so it doesn’t spill. Otherwise maybe a timer would help. If you like strong smells then this would be fine for you."
"I found the sent too overpowering. Even with the vents closed the infused scent was too overwhelming. I love the idea of a plug in infuser using essential oils that are good for us. Would prefer a single citrus scent, like bergamot, orange or grapefruit."
"purchased four plug-in diffusers as well as the essential oils that go with the plug-diffusers I purchased these products based on two reasons: 1) this product is promoted by Jillian Harris 2) the scent from the essential oil once plugged into the wall is supposed to last up to 500 hours. Within 12 hours, my essential oil bottle was down to half of a bottle. I have contacted the company almost a week ago and I have not heard from them. This is poor customer service."

"I was very happy when my order arrived. The products are good quality, well made and the packaging and instructions are superior. The scent I ordered is what I expected. The concern began when I plugged in my “push plug-in wall diffuser. ” The vents DID NOT control the amount of scent that was released from the unit and the essential oil DID NOT last even close to 2 weeks, with the setting being placed on the minimal scent release the entire time. This DOES NOT match the company’s description of how this product was to perform."
"The vitruvi has vents to adjust scent potency. The vents do not work. The product is far too strong. Its too expensive to maintain and replace for what it is. The price point is not justified, since the vents dont adjust the scent in anyway."

I returned some, but with handling fees and getting them back only in store credit, it was an expensive trial for me. I found a few other wall plugs and I am trying one of them. So far, much better.
