Hoping the cleaning experience will be fixed

"I was so excited to get this humidifier and loved how it looked on the outside, but it’s impossible to clean given how it was designed. There’s no way to reach into the creases to scrub them. I hope they come up with a better interior design in the future. I would love a replacement if that happens; otherwise, it feels like a waste of money given how expensive it is, because I know I won't want to use it. I've also used the cleaning tabs but again doesn't get into the creases."

Super Disappointed

"I was gifted this humidifier 2 years ago, and it really wasn’t great. It works well for the first little while and then stops working. I was given a replacement unit after I reached out to the warranty team, but that once also stopped working within a year. Both units get filled with mould even with regular cleaning. The system floods itself and ends up frying the entire system afterwards. I would give it 1 star but I do like the systems look. For something so expensive it should really last a lot longer"

Love it. . . could love more

"I've been waiting to purchase a humidifier to get me through the dry winter months and found a beautiful one in the Cloud Humidifier. I only took a star off because I think there are a few things that could make it even better. I wish the electrical plug/wire was removable so it would be easier to clean. I also would have appreciated a small cleaning brush/scrub to get into the small crevices so I could get rid of some buildup as well as 1 cleaning tablet. I also feel that the sound could be seen as bothersome, however after getting used to it I didn't really mind. It is louder than I thought it would sound but in comparison to the one I had as a child it is certainly quieter. Hope this helps!"
