"I have contacted the Trevi several times because my diffuser doesn’t work. I bought my diffuser and I bought $200 worth of cents for it. They will not send me a new diffuser after I sent them a video showing them and it will not work horrible customer service mind you I have purchased five diffusers from them and this one doesn’t work and they will not return or give me a new one. I was a great customer of theirs and I am trying now to return all my fragrances and I’m still meeting harsh harsh, horrible customer service."

"Purchased this only to find out it does not come with a bottle to add essential oils. When i went back to purchase a bottle i found out you can only use thsir proprietary blend @ $1 per day. Shipping for the scent is $12 alone. There are far too many quality alternatives. Dont buy this, you have been warned!!!"

Fantastic

"I ordered one waterless diffuser, used it on the main floor, loved it and immediately went and ordered a second one. The diffusers are beautiful and even the packaging was high quality. The second unit does seem to have issues with charging, so I have to keep it plugged in. Not a big deal for where it is being used. The Forest Frost scent is SO fresh and makes the whole house smells like a walk in the Rockies. I have been using it now for 8 hours every day, for about 3 weeks and did not have to use a refill yet."

"I have used a variety of products to have our home smell fresh. My Vitruvi air waterless diffuser has been the best purchase by far. It scents our whole top floor of 1500 square feet so beautifully without being too strong. I have found the scents to be so high end and elegant. I am a fan for life🌸"

Low maintenance

"The diffuser works really well and the scent carries through a large area. I like that I don’t have to remember to add water. Unfortunately, I find the scents are quite strong and bit fake smelling. I often only have it run for an hour or two at a time to prevent it from being overwhelming."

Overpriced. Not worth it.

"I didn’t realize that the machine turns off after four or eight hours. I thought the whole point of it being waterless was you turn it on and it runs in cycles for up to 30 days. I also don’t love the two scents that I got. I think it’s way too overpriced."
