Product Returns: Humidifiers & Diffusers

We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, we’re here to help. Diffusers and humidifiers can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase, and are subject to a return handling fee.

However, sale and discounted items are only available for exchange or return for store credit within 15 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a return handling fee. 

Our diffusers and humidifiers are made to last and backed by a 1-Year Warranty.
